Accommodations
We have blocked all the rooms in the main house as well as chalets based on the initial RSVP we sent out.
We will be doing the room plan and will try and fit as many people as possible in the main house. Priority will be given to people travelling long distances (e.g. flying in from other countries) and families with children, as we have a detailed plan which rooms allow kids and which do not.
Prices main house:
Double rooms: 95-105 per person & night, depending on room size/ balcony
Special rooms:
Family room (2 double beds, 1 bathroom): 300 Euro per night
Panorama apartment (2 double beds with terrace, 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom): 500 Euro per night
Prices chalets:
Each of the luxury chalets has 4 double rooms, each with en-suite bathroom, the rooms on the ground floor have a jacuzzi outside. Each chalet has a sauna.
1 Double room : 170 Euro per person & night
All prices include breakfast and the general wellness amenities of the hotel.
Children 4 -14 years pay 50%.
Single-room add-on (Einzelzimmerzuschlag): 20 Euro
You can see more details about the rooms and spa on the website maierl.at.
Since we are committing to renting the main house completely, a 2 night stay is obligatory and we will ask you to make an initial downpayment before the end of the cancellation deadline by the end of January. We will contact you individually for that to confirm with you the room choice and cost.
If you prefer not to stay at Maierl Alm, please let us know early so we can release the rooms we will not be needing.
You can find accommodation for example through the tourism board: kitzbueheler-alpen.com
We apologize for the inconvenience if we will have to ask some of you to either book into a chalet or seek accommodation in the valley.

Frequently Asked
Accommodation
Unfortunately, we have a limited number of rooms in the main house. If the chalet option is not to your liking, we recommend to find accommodation via the website of the tourism board kitzbueheler-alpen.com (Region Brixental).
There are a multitude of nice hotels available in the valley and in Kirchberg. If you are looking for something less expensive, try the "pension" category or look for an apartment (ensure you have a breakfast option).
Children
We will do our best to fit families in the most suitable rooms. The hotel provides baby beds, additional beds and high chairs for your little ones.
For Saturday, we are currently working on a kids program so they are being supervised while you enjoy the reception. If you have preferences as to the time (afternoon, evening), please help us to make it as useful as possible.
Regarding food, we will ask for a kids buffet for Saturday. They will surely find something to eat.
Please also remember that we are in the mountains. Think of UV protection, hats and some warmer clothes for the evening. When the sun goes away it gets a bit chilly.
Dogs
It is a dog-friendly hotel and you are welcome to bring your furry friend along (except in the wellness area).
The hotel charges 20 Euro per night, no food included.
Dress Code
Friday: Mountain Summer - feel fresh, light, comfortable like a prickly summer spritz!
Saturday: Casual elegance - bring out your beautiful gowns and suits. Girls, whether its long or short, we want you to feel elegant but comfortable. Suspenders, bowtie, vest - guys, get creative and ramp up that old suit of yours. No tie needed if you don't want it. Our crowd will celebrate in style - with an edge!
Gifts
Since many of you have considerable travel expenses, we do not expect gifts. If you would like to make a financial contribution, you are welcome to do so. We also welcome contributions to the wedding program (speech, song, dance, poem or whatever you can think of).
Please coordinate with our toastmaster Johanna (johanna@quatmann.eu).
Witnesses
So far we have none.
